After repeating five times, turn the baby over and repeat step 1. until the foreign body is expelled.

3. For children over one year old and adults, the rescuer stands behind the rescued, with two arms around the back and stretched out to the place between the navel and the ribs, make a fist with one hand, wrap the fist with the other hand, and then quickly and forcefully. Like the inner and upper impact, until the foreign body is discharged.

4. If there is no one else around, how to save yourself, you can only rely on yourself at this time, and you must race against time while your consciousness is clear. Make a fist with one hand, wrap the other hand, and quickly hit the middle of the navel and the ribs inward and upward. until the foreign body is expelled.

5.If you don't have enough strength, quickly find a chair or table with a backrest. Then press your abdomen on the corner of the table, the back of the chair or other hard objects to impact inward and upward, be sure to be fast and accurate, and repeatedly impact several times, the foreign body will be discharged.
