The Advanced Infant Airway Infarction and CPR Model is a highly simulated teaching device specially designed for first aid training of newborns and infants.  It aims to help trainees master the standard operating procedures for handling infant airway foreign body infarction and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).  This model adopts the appearance dimensions and anatomical structure close to that of a real baby.  The mouth, nose, trachea and lungs are all designed according to physiological proportions, which can truly simulate the respiratory tract obstruction caused by foreign body blockage.  Trainees can practice foreign object removal methods such as back tapping and chest pressing on the model, and judge the operation effe...

Trainees can practice foreign object removal methods such as back tapping and chest pressing on the model, and judge the operation effect through visualization or auditory feedback.

 1. Back rowing method:  Place the child astride and prone on the first responder's arms, with the head lower than the torso,

fix the head,  and place the child's arms on the first responder's thighs.  Then use the palm of the other hand to hit thechild's back  between the shoulder blades 4-6 times to suddenly increase the pressure in the respiratory tract,

which helpsto loosen the foreign body and expel it from the body;

2. Chest finger slamming method:  The child lies in a supine position, held in the crook of the first responder’s arm,  withthehead slightly lower than the trunk.  The first-aider uses two fingers to press 4-6 points horizontally fromthe  intersectionbetween the two nipples and the midline of the sternum.  It can be

In terms of CPR training, this model can simulate the changes in an infant's breathing, pulse and chest cavity undulation.  Trainees can perform airway opening, artificial respiration and external chest compression operations in accordance with the AHA or ERC guidelines.  The model is equipped with a built-in sensing and evaluation system, which can provide real-time feedback on the depth of compression, frequency, recovery speed and ventilation volume, helping trainees adjust their movements in a timely manner and improve the standardization and effectiveness of their skills.

This model is widely applied in hospitals, emergency centers, nursing colleges and public first aid training, which can significantly enhance the judgment and operation ability of trainees in the scenarios of infant airway infarction and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, providing a solid skill guarantee for clinical and pre-hospital emergency care.
