The integrated teaching model combines the nursing model and the obstetric delivery model, allowing for prenatal examinations, demonstration of the entire delivery process (including prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum), and care and emergency treatment of mother and baby.

1. Maternal function:

• Stage 1: Cervical os not dilated, cervical canal not effaced, fetal head position relative to the ischial spines is -5.

• Stage 2: Cervical dilation of 2 cm, 50% effacement of the cervix, and station of the fetal head at -4 relative to the ischial spines.

• Stage 3: Cervical dilation of 4 cm, complete disappearance of the cervical canal, and the fetal head is at -3 station relative to the ischial spines.
